Information collected
When you enquire, we collect the name, contact details, property context, suburb and message you provide. You can also choose to upload photographs. Please avoid including people, confidential paperwork or unnecessary identifying details in images.
Why it is used
We use this information to respond, understand the requested service, prepare a quote and coordinate follow-up. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking.
Service providers
Our website hosting, storage and email providers process information needed to operate the enquiry service. Access to stored enquiries and photographs is restricted to authorised staff.
Storage and retention
Enquiry photographs are stored privately and are not automatically published as project evidence. Image metadata is removed from the stored staff-view copy. Closed enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 12 months, with their photographs deleted after 90 days. Job or financial records kept separately are outside this enquiry retention process.
Access and enquiries
Use our contact form to ask about your information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify your enquiry without sending unnecessary personal documents.
Analytics choices
Essential session cookies support form security and submission. If analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow it. You can decline and still use all enquiry features. Analytics events exclude names, contact details, messages and uploaded photo names.
